Their repertoire includes traditional Appalachian Old Time, Louisiana Cajun, and Texas Swing. Steve and Donna perform at venues of all kinds including festivals, dance halls, house concerts, restaurants, taverns, breweries, and square dances and contra dances.  They toured France in 2010 and French-speaking Canada in 2014.

They have performed at the Appalachian Festival in Cincinnati, OH, Happy Valley Fiddlers Convention in Lenoir NC, Bayou City Music Festival in Houston TX, Old Pal Music Festival in Palestine TX, Old Mill Music Festival in Kennard TX, Augusta in Elkins WV, and the Lagniappe Music Fete in Baton Rouge LA. They have performed together or individually with some top names in Appalachian Old Time, Cajun, and Western Swing including Luderin Darbone, Goldman Thibodeaux, Cedric Watson, Ed Poullard, Corey Ledet, Sammy Naquin, Lee Benoit, Scotty Pousson, Ray Thibodeaux, David Holt, Art Stamper, Bing Futch, Rick Thum, Helen Hornbostel, "Little Red" Hayes, and others.  Steve toured with internationally famous folk singer Glenn Yarbrough playing in the "back-up" band.  Steve has placed in many fiddle contests over the years. In 2017 he took 1st place at the Ohio State Fiddle Contest – senior division, in 2018 took 1stplace at the Lorain Country Fair Fiddle Contest – senior division, in 2019 took 1st place at Old Farmers Days in Van Wert Ohio fiddle contest and 1st place in the harmonica contest, 2nd place in the Sauder Village contest, 3rd place at the Ohio State contest, and 3rd place in the Ed Haley fiddle contest.  He has performed twice on stage at the famous Renfro Valley Barn Dance in Kentucky and several times at the Liberty Theater in Eunice, LA.  He was a member of the house bands at the Louisiana Opry in Covington, LA and the Liberty Texas Opry in Liberty, TX.  Steve has been calling "traditional" Appalachian square dances and contra dances for over forty years.  He was inducted into the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels in 1991.

Donna’s guitar style was developed by playing Cajun music in jam sessions throughout Louisiana, watching the masters such as Freddie Hanks, and learning from “Magnolia Sisters” Jane Vidrine and Anne Savoy. Her driving, rhythmic style has been praised by musicians and dancers alike. In Louisiana, Donna became immersed in Old Time music, and has travelled throughout Kentucky, West Virginia, and North Carolina learning and playing Old Time tunes on guitar, fiddle, and banjo ukelele. Aside from playing music, Donna has performed, directed, and choreographed performances of International Folk Dances, including two shows at Miller Outdoor Theater in Houston TX in the 1990’s. She can sing in 16 languages and knows dances from over 30 countries. She is the founder and past President of the Houston Dog Park Association, and a charter member of the Houston Corporate Recycling Council. Donna enjoys hiking and camping in our National Parks (America’s Greatest Idea).
